At Max & Mia Fashion, we take great pride in offering handmade products crafted with premium fabrics and attention to detail. Every item is carefully made, and we encourage customers to be certain of their purchase before placing an order.


Returns – Only for Manufacturing Defects

We offer a strict 3-day return window from the date of delivery, and only in cases where a product has a clear manufacturing defect. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selection, or general dissatisfaction.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us of the defect within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.


How to Request a Return

To report a defect, email us at pets@maxmiafashion.com within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Supporting photos or video evidence

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted.


Handmade Product Disclaimer

Please note that our products are individually handmade, and slight variations in stitching, print placement, or finish may occur. These are not considered defects but rather part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade goods.

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Gift cards


Refunds (if applicable)

If your return is accepted and the product is confirmed defective upon inspection, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
