Thank you for shopping with us! Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how we handle deliveries.

Within the United Arab emirates (UAE): A standard delivery fee of 25 AED applies to orders below 400 AED. Orders of 400 AED and above enjoy free delivery across all Emirates.
International Orders: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Orders within the UAE are processed between 2-7 business days depending on item availability.
International orders are processed anywhere between 3-14 business days depending on item availability.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or SMS in such cases.
If an item is not in stock, shipments may be delayed by a few days as each piece is handmade using premium fabrics. We will notify you via email or SMS in such cases.

We offer standard local delivery across the UAE and standard global delivery:

We use trusted local courier services such as Emirates Post & Trend Express Delivery Services to ensure timely delivery of your orders.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email letting you know it’s on the way.

Please ensure all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
